Background:

Marketing was not new to the organization and our client knew exactly what they wanted from us. However, being a pure technology services company with a strong hold on code but not so much focus on design was a challenge for the Organization.

We worked with the senior leadership and product teams to understand the solutions and offerings. Our team of experts was able to find one common thread - Integrations in the solutions offered by the client. 

 

We managed a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to owned properties in Automation, APIs and IoT 

  • Collaborated with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally 

  • Worked with the CEO and the Leadership team to design PR and communications

Outcome: 

  • Delivered 10x new customer wins through design and implementation of a brand bot that reduced time to answer customer inquiries by 50%
