Goal: 

Establish lead gen engine and supporting collateral to create use case packaging. Project duration was 6 months.  

 

Background:

It's not easy to make an elephant dance and we certainly had a task in hand to do so. Our Client is a leader in systems integration and we were tasked to revamp, redesign and refine the legacy systems messaging and the content that is decades old. 

 

Solution: 

We worked very closely with the product management teams and product owners. Revamped use case messaging. Identified influencer marketing channels and created a holistic SEO and online inbound marketing strategy with all possible content support.  

  • Managed the production calendar of marketing collateral for all stages of the funnel, from awareness through consideration to in-sale and expansion. The specific types of collateral we created include: landing pages, pop ups, infographics, white papers, e-books, fact sheets, videos, case studies, decks, email drip series and more.  

Outcome: 

  • Generated more than 80 opportunities for the business unit through tele-calling support

  • Established connects with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors, Industry verticals for understanding customer IT landscape 

  • Created a lead pool for the client that consistently delivers more than 10 MQLs/ month
